Restore Constitution

Senator Dodd is sponsoring a bill that would Restore the Constitution, and is asking US Citizens to add their names as cosponsors to this bill. It's first intent is to restore Habeas Corpus, and the rule of law, that one may know what he or she is being charged with, whereas they can now hold you indefinitely, and never charge you, neither can you know why you are being held, or even if there is any evidence against you.
